All applications are subject to approval by Old Home Management LLC based on the following criteria set by Old Home Management LLS and the City of Minneapolis ordinance requirements. 
  1. Monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rent. Co-signers accepted with 5 times the monthly rent.
  2. No misdemeanors with dates of sentencing less than 3 years old, no felonies with dates of sentencing less than 7 years old and certain felonies (according to City of Mpls) with dates of sentencing less than 10 years old. 
  3. Unlawful detainers or evictions within the last 3 years are grounds for denial. If applicant has rental history, applicant has to provide verifiable address for a rental verification. 
  4. We check credit history for items that would affect the applicant's ability to pay rent. (Ie: owe previous landlord money) 
  5. Must have a valid photo ID, U.S. government issued
